Angel's Chocolate Fondant
Serves about 4 (Unless you're me, then it serves only one ;o) LOL)

75 g (3 oz) dark chocolate (preferably Swiss of course hehehe)

75 g (3 oz) unsalted butter

1 egg

1 egg yolk

30 g (1 1/4 oz) caster sugar

8 g ( plain flour)

Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4

Melt the chocolate slowly in a bowl over a pan of hot water on the stove,
then add the butter and stir until thoroughly mixed.

In another bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs together, and mix into the melted
chocolate.

Gently fold in the sieved flour, then pour the mixture into 4 small moulds.
Cook in the oven for 7 minutes, before turning out on dessert plates.
Serve with vanilla or milk flavoured ice cream.
